Thai-Yoga Massage and European Massage Training in Manila, Philippines

Thai massage is a very unique form of massage. Instead of the rhythmic rubbing, tapping, or kneading done in most forms of massage, it is highlighted by intensive stretching, elongating, along with deep massage. If you have ever watched someone practicing Yoga, you are going to discover your body assuming many of the same positions, but with almost no effort on your part.

Relaxation is one of the most important ingredients you must bring to a Thai massage. Your masseuse is going to have you laying on a mat on the floor. You will be wearing loose fitting clothes which move freely on your body. The clothes may be clothes you wore into the session, or they may provide you with a loose fitting set of cotton pants and top. Once you are on the floor, your job is to completely relax, and allow your masseuse to do all the work. This may sound easy, but for many people they wish to use their own muscles to assist in the movements, you will understand why in a moment.
