Pregnancy Massage (Prenatal Massage and Postnatal Massage)

Prenatal massage has many of the same benefits as regular massage, but is specially designed to accomodate the needs of pregnant women. Some of the benefits of prenatal massage include relaxing tense muscles, decreasing stress, and preventing stretch marks.
